AP Modes
- Local (Data + Monitoring) - Default Mode
- Monitor (Monitoring Only) - doesn’t support users
- Sniffer (Redirects Frames)
- Rogue Detector (Wired Only)
- Bridge (Mesh AP Network)
- SE-Connect (Spectrum Expert) - dedicated connection to CleanAir for spectrum analysis
- OEAP (Office Extend AP) - home office AP, tunneled over the internet
- H-REAP (Hybrid Remote edge AP) - FlexConnect - local switching of data, optional local authentication

Modes available depend on the controller and access point capabilities.
- Select the AP
- On the General tab, select the AP Mode
Sniffer Mode configuration
Under the radio configuration, select the channel to listen on and the IP to send the traffic to.
Click on one of the packets in Wireshark, click Decode As, and select PEEKREMOTE
